Gender Youthphoria Support Group (For LGBTQ+ Youth Ages 16-24)
This new weekly support group is for trans, gender non-conforming, and questioning youth ages 16-24 looking for an affirming space to learn coping skills, discuss shared and individual challenges, and build community with each other. And did we mention we’ll have snacks?!

MOHCD Homebuyer Program Orientation (English)
In this workshop, you will learn if you are eligible for the MOHCD Homeownership program and decide if you want to move forward with the remaining homebuyer education. The orientation provides an overview of affordable city programs, including eligibility requirements and the application process.
First-time Homebuyer 6-hour Workshop (Virtual)
In this workshop, we’ll cover the homebuying process and the different topics that it entails. Including but not limited to: loan affordability, costs involved with buying a home, mortgage payments/interest calculations, and first-time homebuyer assistance programs.

Queer & Well is thrilled to offer Yoga with Ki “At Home”, a virtual yoga class with our beloved instructor, Ki. This new online community space is an opportunity to explore gentle flow, breathwork, meditation, and community conversation—all from the comfort of ‘home’.
Somethin Soft - Crafting Circle (Junk Journaling Edition)
Queer & Well presents Somethin’ Soft, a FREE LGBTQ+ art space and crafting circle. This is a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ folks to express themselves creatively through guided activities or open studio sessions. This month, we’re creating junk journals! Bring your junk journal or start a new one with us.

We’ll be exploring self-care during the holidays, a time that can be challenging for many in our community. We’ll discuss self-care and harm-reduction techniques, as well as support methods we can practice this holiday season. For youth ages 16-24!

Queer & Well Presents a TGNC Self-Defense Training Class
Join the SF LGBT Center, The Transgender District, LGBT Asylum Project, and LYRIC for the last class in our 2025 TGNC Self-defense series. This class will be led by My Occupational Defense. Our intention is for folks to learn simple, effective tools and tactics for the community to use to defend against physical assault.
Queer & Well x Parks Conservancy Presents "Recharge & Unplug" - Rodeo Beach
Join us and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy for our new winter nature series where we’ll work to regulate your nervous system, warm your heart and body with native plant teas, and care for our land through stewardship. This program invites participants of all experience levels to engage mindfully with the land sites we visit through curiosity, breath, and gentle movement.
Bus transportation is provided – arrive at the Center by 11:45 am.
