Queer & Well TIGNC Resilience Flow - A Decolonized Yoga Class
This nonbinary-led class is meant for all trans, intersex, and gender nonconforming folks. QTBIPOC community members to the front! According to Patanjali, a yoga archivist who gathered the Yoga Sutras thousands of years ago, yoga is about the mind. Returning to this ancient philosophy, the Resilience Flow series uses sacred technologies to witness, release, and detoxify our body, mind, and spirit.
