Relationships with family members, partners, lovers, children, co-workers, bosses, or even work clients can be overwhelming sometimes. This is my focus as a therapist. I am dedicated to helping people live healthier lives by creating passionate, healthy relationships. I work with quite a broad spectrum of clients who are all approaching therapy at different stages of their lives and for many different reasons. I am a very interactive, emotion and solution-focused cognitive-behavioral therapist. This simply means that I provide support and practical feedback to help my clients effectively address personal life challenges. By working with a diverse palette of methodologies and techniques, I can offer each client a deeply personal and tailored experience.
