NCLR offers legal information to its clients, and technical assistance to attorneys helping lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender clients. Technical assistance may include sharing information about the latest developments on particular legal issues affecting LGBT people and families or assisting with framing or researching legal issues, developing legal strategies, or locating expert witnesses. In selected cases, NCLR may also agree to co-counsel a case or to provide amicus support.
