Inclusive ENDA Introduced! Ask your Representative to Become a Cosponsor! On June 24, 2009, Representative Barney Frank, joined by Reps. Tammy Baldwin and Jared Polis, introduced an inclusive version of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), which would extend the existing federal law prohibiting employment discrimination to protect people on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. As part of the United ENDA Coalition the Center asks you to take action today to make sure that the bill get's passed.
Fresh Meat in the Gallery VI: Defying Gravities
The Center, Queer Cultural Center and Fresh Meat Productions present a groundbreaking, rule-breaking annual visual arts exhibition of transgender and gender variant artists. It is the first and only exhibition of its kind in the nation, part of the National Queer Arts Festival and held at the Center June 6th thru July 15th, admission free.
