Introduction to Full Force Self-Defense

In this 3-hour training, students use intuition, awareness, body language and voice to deescalate and deter harassment and assault, as well as learn a range of effective and accessible physical techniques that are practiced in safe and realistic scenarios against a padded mock assailant. Even after this short class students report feeling a new level of confidence and choice, and an increased ability to set boundaries in daily life. Students leave this class feeling strong and often surprised by their own power and courage.

This is a great class to take if you are considering a full-length IMPACT Bay Area course, but would like to check out an introductory class first. This class is open to all adults.
